Thank you for thinking about commissioning me, but before you continue, please read my terms of service. Failure to do so will result in termination of your commission.I use Google to convert prices from/to USD (United States Dollars)Before I start
I do require proof of ownership of the character(s) you are trying to get art of. I do double check, so I will reverse image search, check watermark, and follow ANY leads I find to make sure it is yours.If your character is on another platform (DeviantArt, Toyhouse, ect.) I will require a message from THAT platform saying, "Yes -[oc name]- is my character, and -[Name]- on
-[platform]- is me."Example: Yes. Steve the Wolf is my character, and Joe Mama on Facebook is me.This is to help stop art/character theft where I can.Payment
I work on mainly a 50/50 system, and only accept paypal at the moment.
I will do a sketch, and line-art, once everything is approved, and fixed (if needed) I will ask for a half (50%) payment of the overall price, this is non-refundable {Lineart commissions will be required their 50% after a rough sketch instead, and base art is 100% upfront}. After that will be coloring, and shading (if commissioned).Once the piece is finished you will receive a watermarked version that will say,
"Art stolen from BoysenbrryBovine/Briar, I DID NOT PAY!"
Once the second half (50%) of the payment has gone through you will receive a non-watermarked version.
Asking for a refund or opening a chargeback after receiving your piece(s) will result in you being added to a blacklist, and I reserve the right to PUBLICLY call you, and all of your accounts out, on your antics.Progress photos & Updates
I will send w.i.p's (Work in progress photos) after each stage, or before a decision, that I believe would require, or should, include your opinion.
The turn around time (T.a.t) is different from one commission to another, and can be anywhere from a few days, to a few months, depending on complexity, the whole order, my judgement on how long it may be, lack of communication, or any other reasons.Commision Forum
Your email will be collected, so I may send the finished piece to that email once final payment is sent.You may request to have your response emailed to yourself, if you'd like. [At bottom of commission forum]Commercial Rights
Vtubers, Pngtubers, and any sort of streamer(s) will have a 35% (of the total) fee add-on for using my art, logos, overlays, characters, ect. for their gain of money. Once that fee is paid you may use the comission for anything including:
Streaming
Merchandice
Ads/Promotional advertisementsNSFW (18+)
NSFW, or Not Safe For Work, pieces is anything that includes nudity, adult activities, drinking, gore (blood present or not), or smoking.
I will NOT draw any kink related anything with/of a minor, this includes kit/cub/foal/ect or anything else related to illegal activities.
The commissioner is required to show photo of their Driver's License along with their face, in a single photo.
Address, and any other information may be covered
if the commissioner wishes.
Age is mandatory to be visible however.My rules
I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
I have the right to post any of my art on any, or all, of my social media, as I am the artist.

You will be tagged, in the post, on any platform you may link, or let me know of.You may comment how pricey my commission prices are, and maybe even suggest new prices, but any form of harassment because of it will result in a block, and blacklist.If you'd like a separate base, that I do not have, I require a link to the base, on the original artist's page where the base's rules can be found. If this rule is not followed, or can not be met, (deleted profile, and/or post) then I will not use the base, and request a different base for your art.If the communication is not continued after a month, of my last message, I will remove your commission from the queue, and worklist (if needed). My art style may shift, change, or be inconsistent, it does change on how I feel while I draw a piece, or when I see a character.
Feel free to ask more, more cartoony, realistic, ect. When you are filling out the commission form.Everything is negotiable, within reason, feel free to ask.If shown proof of military [such as a military ID], retired or active, 5% will be discounted.
Spouses and dependents, are included.Incognito Fee
The Incognito fee will be a $10.00 USD add-on, and it will insure that your art will not be posted anywhere, no matter progress, quality, ect. -Normally used for presents, gifts, or more personal art.-Substitute Payment(s)
I will accept things such as Discord Nitro, Commissioner buying/gifting me games(Steam/PC), GiftCards, ect. For more information ask on your forum post, or feel free to privately message me on any social media.
The amount you pay is still relative to the art's price.Example: 1 month of Discord Nitro is $9.99 USD, that would be equivalent to a half-body lineart piece. (I like to round up, with the extra payment, if it is in-between two pieces/prices.)Military Discount
In order to receive this 5% discount the commissioner is required to show photo of their Military ID (Active, retired, dependent, ect.) along with their face, in a single photo.
All information may be covered
if the commissioner wishes, as long it is easily depicted as a military ID.
