Terms of Service
Thank you for thinking about commissioning me, but before you continue, please read my terms of service. Failure to do so will result in termination of your commission.I use Google to convert prices from/to USD (United States Dollars)Payment
Commissioner will be expected to pay for the $2.00 Paypal fee, failure to do so will result in termination of your commission.I work on mainly a 50/50 system, and only accept paypal.
I will do a sketch, and line-art, once everything is approved, and fixed (if needed) I will ask for a half (50%) payment of the overall price, this is non-refundable
{Lineart commissions will be required their 50% after a rough sketch instead, and base art is 100% upfront}.
After that will be coloring, and shading (if commissioned).Once the piece is finished you will receive a watermarked version that will say,
"Art stolen from BoysenbrryBovine/Briar, I DID NOT PAY!"
Once the second half (50%) of the payment has gone through you will receive a non-watermarked version.
Asking for a refund or opening a chargeback after receiving your piece(s) will result in you being added to a blacklist, and I reserve the right to PUBLICLY call you, and all of your accounts out, for your antics.Progress photos & Updates
All W.I.P photos will be added on my trello, no pictures will be sent via Dm/Pm.
Every W.i.P photo will be a watermarked version that will say,
"Art stolen from BoysenbrryBovine/Briar, I DID NOT PAY!"The turn around time (T.a.t) is different from one commission to another, and can be anywhere from a few days, to a few months, depending on complexity, the whole order, lack of communication, or any other reasons.Commercial Rights
Vtubers, Pngtubers, and any sort of streamer(s) will have a 35% (of the total) fee add-on for using my art, logos, overlays, characters, ect. for their gain of money. Once that fee is paid you may use the commission for anything including:
Streaming
Merchandise
Ads/Promotional AdvertisementsNSFW (18+)
NSFW, or Not Safe For Work, pieces is anything that includes nudity, adult activities, drinking, or smoking, Ect.I will NOT draw any kink/NSFW piece related anything related to illegal activities.The commissioner is required to show photo of their Driver's License along with their face, in a single photo.
Address, and any other information may be covered
if the commissioner wishes.
Age and ID photo is mandatory to be visible however.My rules
I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
I have the right to post any of my art on any, or all, of my social media, as I am the artist.You will be tagged in the post, on any platform you may link, or let me know of.You may comment how pricey my commission prices are, and maybe even suggest new prices, but any form of harassment because of it will result in a block, and blacklist.If you'd like a separate base, that I do not have, I require a link to the base, on the original artist's page where the base's rules can be found. If this rule is not followed, or can not be met, (deleted profile, and/or post) then I will not use the base, and request a different base for your art.If the communication is not continued after two days, of my last message, I will remove your commission from the queue, and worklist (if needed).

I will accept things such as Discord Nitro, Commissioner buying/gifting me games(Steam/PC), GiftCards, ect.For any information/questions feel free to privately message me on Discord: @BoysnbrryBovine.
The amount you pay is still relative to the art's price.Example: 1 month of Discord Nitro is $9.99 USD, that would be equivalent to a half-body lineart piece. (I round up, with the extra payment, if it is in-between two pieces/prices.)
